Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or a related role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, and network configurations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service capabilities.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive IT support for client systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Implement secure remote access solutions for clients.
- Monitor and respond to alerts using remote management tools.
- Maintain precise and detailed documentation in ConnectWise.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
- Escalate complex technical matters to the engineering team.
- Accurately log work activities and expenses.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance technical skills.
- Collaborate on team projects and foster a positive work atmosphere.
