Requirements

Must:
- 4+ years of experience in IT Support/MSP Service Desk roles - Ability to work primarily from our NOC in Frisco, TX - Availability for after-hours work as part of an on-call rotation - Willingness to travel to customer sites in the DFW area as needed - Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and Windows Active Directory - Experience in the remote/onsite setup of new computers and OS patch management - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, printer support, and troubleshooting of Windows PCs and Servers - Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage, RMM tools, Security, Azure, SharePoint, QuickBooks, Networking, and Cloud Virtualization is a plus

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary contact for comprehensive IT infrastructure support - Ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues for end users - Provide assistance with Cloud solutions, on-premises servers, and virtualization - Support network systems, servers, and VoIP technologies - Aid end users remotely using RMM, security tools, and additional commercial resources - Handle user setups and decommissioning of workstations - Deliver IT assistance through remote administration tools or onsite as necessary - Provide onsite support for incidents, service requests, and modifications when required - Troubleshoot devices, operating systems, software, and applications - Perform system updates and restoration activities as necessary
