Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role - Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is advantageous - Advanced capabilities in troubleshooting and critical analysis - Professional demeanor and positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft desktop and server operating systems - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365 - Knowledge of networking equipment including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls - Experience with Cisco Meraki is a plus - Effective written and verbal communication abilities - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Bachelors degree in a computer-related discipline - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft certifications (e.g., AS-102, AZ-900, AZ-104)

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming calls, create tickets, and deliver technical support to clients - Follow established protocols and guidelines during service interactions - Assess and prioritize IT support tickets based on workflow - Detect and communicate urgent support needs or emergency issues - Collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with service - Provide technical assistance via email, phone, and other remote methods, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) - Document client interactions accurately in the ticketing system - Manage and coordinate urgent support matters - Maintain a foundational understanding of the organizations products and services, escalating complex inquiries to Solutions Engineers - Deliver solutions to clients through exceptional customer service and relationship building - Be prepared to work outside standard hours for routine maintenance or issue resolution - Participate in on-call support as required - Execute other duties as assigned
