Requirements
Must:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Responsibility for your own housing and reliable transportation
- Strict compliance with all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a GPA of 3.0 or above

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level user support by responding to and prioritizing help desk requests
- Manage and maintain IT inventory within our IT Service Management (ITSM) system, including on-site asset verification
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computer systems and related equipment
- Support IT initiatives and departmental projects as assigned
