Responsibilities
- Develop scalable content frameworks across the product experience
- Define voice, tone, and messaging strategy according to brand guidelines
- Create user-centered content that enhances engagement and learning outcomes
- Structure information hierarchies and advise on navigation to support users effectively
- Write clear and concise UX copy for navigation, onboarding, error messages, and instructional content
- Define key metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and its impact on business
- Approach open-ended problems with strategic clarity and vision
- Consider the content ecosystem holistically in relation to the user journey
- Guide content testing and user research for clarity and consistency
- Utilize data for iterative improvements to the content experience, including pilots and A/B testing
- Create content for AI-driven teaching and learning experiences
