Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in the IT sector
- Proficient in Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7/8/10)
- Experience working in an Active Directory environment (joining computers to domain, creating accounts, resetting passwords)
- Knowledge of standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Capable of troubleshooting network equipment and identifying network-related issues
- Familiarity with ticketing and help desk software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise
- Skilled in prioritizing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing diverse activities and projects
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and desktop support for Lenovo laptop and desktop refresh services
- Assist with PC and laptop installations, user data migration, and restoration
- Manage asset inventory and perform cleanup tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
