Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment processing, POS support, or technical customer service
- Strong comprehension of payment transactions including authorization, settlement, and funding
- Proven experience with the configuration of POS hardware and software
- Ability to quickly grasp product and service features in a dynamic setting
- Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capability to independently manage various tasks and priorities
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and provide support for POS terminals and payment software, including integrated systems
- Assist in the onboarding of merchants, as well as testing and support during go-live phases
- Troubleshoot issues related to payment processing, point-of-sale hardware/software, and terminal connectivity across a range of merchants
- Collaborate with processors, banks, ISVs, and third-party service providers
- Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
- Offer technical support to merchants and internal teams
- Participate in system testing, certifications, and pilot initiatives
- Ensure adherence to PCI compliance, card brand standards, and processor regulations
- Maintain precise records in databases, following established procedures for account modifications and service setup
