We are looking for a talented AI Architect with a strong drive and enthusiasm for crafting cutting-edge products. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Additionally, you should have experience as a software engineer in constructing and designing analytical software systems utilizing AI and ML. Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL, alongside a quick adaptability to new languages, is essential. A robust knowledge of data platforms, machine learning frameworks, and generative AI tools is required. Demonstrated experience with the complete software and AI/ML development lifecycle, including CI/CD and API paradigms, is crucial. Familiarity with deploying and scaling containerized distributed systems using tools like Kubernetes and using large language models (LLMs) is necessary. You should also have a strong understanding of responsible AI practices and compliance with security standards like OWASP ML Top 10.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a critical part in defining architectural modifications that can be incrementally implemented with minimal risk. Collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders will be essential to prioritize architectural needs, particularly in AI model deployment and MLOps workflows. You will design and implement both autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and tool orchestration. Our ideal candidate will also create innovative applications harnessing generative AI for various tasks such as text generation, data extraction, and summarization. You will advocate for security and ethical AI practices while establishing and enhancing model governance and monitoring workflows. Your responsibilities will include creating reliable AI/ML pipelines, automating inference workflows, and ensuring seamless integration of AI features in both internal and client-oriented products. Mentorship of team members regarding AI/ML techniques and fostering effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will also be part of your role.
Description
We prefer candidates with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a corresponding area and familiarity with data engineering and governance principles. A successful track record in defining and implementing enterprise AI strategies in intricate organizations, as well as the ability to mentor engineering and data science teams, is highly valued. Exceptional communication skills to convey intricate AI concepts to executive stakeholders will set candidates apart. The physical demands of this position require the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers for tasks, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment is generally free of hazardous conditions and characterized by a moderate noise level.
