IT Security Operations Center Analyst

Preferred qualifications include having industry certifications such as GCIH, GMON, or similar. I am seeking individuals with a general understanding of IPS/IDS, packet/traffic analysis, and related tools, as well as knowledge of information security principles and practices, including but not limited to vulnerability scanning, security information and event management systems, next-generation firewalls, network intrusion, host-based security, data loss prevention, malware prevention, digital forensics, and application penetration testing. Experience with TCP/IP, Microsoft operating systems, and networks is essential. While basic familiarity with programming languages such as T-SQL (MySQL/MSSQL), PHP, Python, Perl, JavaScript, C#, and HTML is preferred, it is not required. Similarly, basic experience with Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Kali Linux, Debian), iOS, Android OS, and macOS is recommended but not mandatory. We value strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, responsiveness in handling escalations, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
