Requirements
Must:
- 6 months of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
- Solid technical understanding or eagerness to learn
- Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Judicious and resourceful problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Onboard approved merchants in our proprietary software, including pricing profiles and reserves based on rules-based case studies
- Configure various payment terminals and execute test transactions to enable customers to accept payments efficiently
- Set up gateway profiles allowing merchants to accept credit cards through card-not-present methods by applying business knowledge to identify the correct programs
- Resolve technical issues by researching problems during training and independently determining solutions
- Provide remote technical support to current clients via phone and email as required
- Analyze merchant accounts to assess optimal sales processing strategies
- Manage multiple software applications while identifying potential issues and generating solutions for clients
- Collaborate with new merchants throughout the deployment phase, offering virtual support and training to ensure familiarity with Payarc systems
- Develop case studies for new technical challenges encountered with Payarc equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
