Implementation Specialist with technology focus

- Oversee and coordinate implementation efforts for both internal and external tools, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and stakeholder requirements - Create test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, gather feedback, document issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for resolution - Serve as a communication hub, gathering information, sharing progress, confirming alignment, and ensuring comprehensive team inclusion - Identify workflow inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to enhance processes, reduce manual efforts, or improve overall user experience - Support teams during new feature rollouts and system modifications; assist in onboarding to new processes and tools - Collaborate across departments to develop and sustain company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing training support - Maintain a strong understanding of business needs to drive departments toward streamlined, automated, and improved workflows - Develop insights into departmental operations to ensure implementations align with business demands - Execute additional tasks as assigned and provide operational support for ad-hoc projects as necessary
