Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields (e.g., Computer Engineering, Telecommunications) - Strong understanding of various roles within a contact center - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a contact center integration team with Genesys technologies or at least 3 years as a Tech Lead or equivalent - Proficiency with Genesys Cloud or other contact center solutions - Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written - Knowledge of software/web development is a plus - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with strong relational skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and possess leadership qualities - Strong analytical and synthesis skills - Demonstrates curiosity and creativity - Organized and methodical work approach

Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical activities within the project team for which you are the lead - Engage in client workshops during the project design phase - Assess the impacts of deliverables and changes on existing applications, tools, and systems - Serve as the primary technical contact for the client - Anticipate, communicate, and resolve technical issues related to the project or architecture - Ensure technical project deliverables meet Paxyls standards - Verify the quality of technical deliveries - Maintain up-to-date technical specifications documentation - Execute or delegate integration tasks while adhering to Paxyls delivery processes and ensure they are executed effectively - Participate in evaluating alternative solutions and proposals for technologies and systems - Explore and coordinate the integration of external applications to contact center solutions - Conduct or coordinate integrated testing related to configurations and developments - Perform production rollouts and provide post-implementation support - Update technical and operational documentation pertaining to assigned tasks - Analyze and coordinate client requests for enhancements and improvements - Carry out all necessary technical validations in relation to client requirements - Pursue continuous self-education on new features of the contact center platform - Provide top-level operational support - Ensure proper configuration of Paxyl environments, including CCC solutions and internal tools - Make architectural and design decisions collaboratively with other technical leads - Train and mentor junior integrators - Facilitate knowledge transfer from project teams to support teams - Manage existing clients while ensuring solution quality and evolution evaluations
