Requirements
Must:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technology project management or as a Scrum Master
- Experience managing complex and multidisciplinary projects
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile/waterfall methodologies
- Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to mobilize a team
- Experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Bilingual in French and English
- Knowledge of cloud contact center solutions (asset)
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (asset)
Responsibilities
- Lead integration, evolution, or migration projects for cloud contact center solutions
- Manage multiple projects and squads concurrently while adhering to timelines and budgets
- Plan deliverables, estimate costs, and collaborate on deployment strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor progress and manage expectations alongside any scope changes
- Engage and motivate teams, ensure quality deliverables, and promote self-management
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work closely with the Product Owner
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and practices
