Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or operational roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
- Background in telecom, networking, or technology services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated capacity to build trust and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service platforms, such as Odoo or CDG Elements, is advantageous.
- Technical knowledge in networking or fiber optics is a plus.
- Understanding of customer success frameworks and lifecycle management.
- Experience with data analysis tools like PowerBI or Tableau is beneficial.
- Past management experience is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed and issues are resolved swiftly.
- Oversee the comprehensive customer experience, from onboarding to service delivery and ongoing support.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate across teams (technical support, field services, account management) to guarantee timely resolution of escalations.
- Monitor service performance and take corrective measures as needed.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership regarding service status and improvement initiatives.
- Be available to assist the team during some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
