Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives - Lead and nurture high-performance data teams, promoting a data-centric environment - Collaborate with senior management to uncover opportunities for innovation and enhanced insights - Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable global data solutions - Build and oversee platforms that facilitate analytics, product insights, and customer understanding - Advocate for AI integration and data literacy across the organization - Present insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences - Work together with engineering teams to incorporate new data sources - Enhance the organizations data maturity and the application of actionable insights - Spearhead the AI strategy and embed generative AI in core business functions - Create unique data products that boost revenue generation - Provide intelligent, scalable tools that improve decision-making and overall productivity - Outline the long-term roadmap for data and analytics within the company - Motivate, recruit, and retain exceptional talent in data and analytics - Foster a team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking - Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders and tech partners - Engage with executive leadership on AI, analytics, and critical data initiatives
