Requirements

Must:
- 2–4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or technical customer success in a software or startup environment. - Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python, Datadog, or similar analytics tools is advantageous. - Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to enhance systems and processes. - Builder mentality with a knack for creating systems from the ground up. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Decisive problem solver who can adapt well in fast-paced settings. - Comfortable utilizing AI tools to automate and expedite tasks. - Confident in engaging with customers to grasp their operational needs.

Responsibilities

- Manage the entire customer data migration and onboarding process. - Develop scalable internal systems and tools to monitor customer health, track sales, and enhance operational visibility. - Maintain and update dashboards and reporting leveraging key business metrics using SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools. - Identify and automate processes to boost efficiency and scalability. - Translate customer feedback, insights, and support issues into well-defined product requirements (PRDs). - Collaborate with engineering to define, prioritize, and test new features and improvements. - Address more technical customer service issues and assist in diagnosing data or logic discrepancies. - Keep the product roadmap current and ensure it aligns with our commercial and engineering objectives. - Act as a cohesive operational link among sales, customer success, and engineering teams. - Establish streamlined systems and documentation to facilitate scalable processes as we expand. - Support internal training and communication regarding new product launches and workflows.
