Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience with the Federal Government or Department of Defense is essential.
- Hold preferred certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Possess a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- I will develop and manage Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, creating reliable applications, automated workflows, and top-tier analytics from multi-system data.
- I am experienced in converting raw project data into insightful Power BI dashboards that enable teams to enhance their decision-making processes.
- I have the ability to design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards that monitor key performance indicators such as cost, schedule, safety, and quality across extensive portfolios.
- I will aggregate data from various platforms into a cohesive view.
- I support the program management process, guiding projects from planning to delivery.
- My role includes translating complex data into clear, user-friendly visuals and reports that can be confidently utilized by executives, project managers, and staff.
- I also train colleagues and clients on interpreting dashboards, comprehending the data narratives, and applying insights effectively in real time.
- I will assist in the deployment of new BI tools, establish reporting standards, and promote more intelligent, streamlined working practices among teams.
- Utilizing Power BI and automated refresh pipelines, I will create user-friendly interfaces for data engagement.
- Strong communication skills are a must, along with an ability to present data in an understandable manner.
- I possess experience in presenting to executives and mentoring teams for growth and improvement.
- I thrive in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
Description
This position is full-time, offering a competitive salary of $140,000 per year.
