Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in Power BI, encompassing:
- Data modeling
- DAX measures
- Power Query (M)
- Performance optimization
- Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience in querying and transforming data within SQL Server
- Strong grasp of ETL principles and best practices, especially within SQL environments
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated workflows via Power Automate
- Keen analytical mindset with a focus on detail and data precision
- Ability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide transparent, actionable insights for users
- Write effective and scalable SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Construct and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Server (including stored procedures, views, transformations) to facilitate reporting and analytics
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across reporting frameworks
- Automate reporting processes, data refreshes, and business workflows utilizing Power Automate
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
- Utilize AI-enhanced capabilities (such as Copilot, predictive insights, natural language queries, or ML-assisted analytics) to improve reporting and decision-making
- Document data models, transformations, and reporting logic for clarity and scalability
- Continuously seek to enhance data performance, usability, and governance best practices
