Requirements
Must:
- Masters Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Informatics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyzing business-related data and information systems
- Proven experience in research and development of predictive modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics for business intelligence and technology transfer
- Skilled in developing data mining solutions utilizing various statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python)
- Preferred experience in collaborating with healthcare organizations and healthcare applications
- Preferred experience within a complex, academic healthcare setting
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced predictive models to enhance clinical decision support
- Transform intricate healthcare data into actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders including clinicians, social workers, family care providers, and patients
- Coordinate specific phases of data analytics such as extraction, analysis, manipulation, synthesis, summary, validation, testing, and maintenance
- Develop algorithms for clinical and operational initiatives as identified by our organization
