Requirements

Must:
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite (Office applications) and Licensing - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online (Email), SharePoint (document management), OneDrive (File storage), Teams (Collaboration) - Fundamental understanding of local area networking - Experience with Windows user account management (Entra) - Familiarity with Microsoft Intune (deploying apps, group policies, and updates) - Must possess a valid BC drivers license and have access to an insured vehicle

Responsibilities

- Provide prompt assistance to employees in a call center environment, both onsite and remotely - Perform system maintenance updates and upgrades - Document systems, maintain technical records, and deploy IT solutions - Track, replace, and report on property and system issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide remote access support - Manage hardware and software effectively, ensuring optimal performance - Gather incidents from employees and ensure timely resolution or escalate to the Director of IT - Utilize ticketing systems for logging, tracking, and resolving support requests - Prepare help desk incident reports and assist in evaluating hardware and software - Create, maintain, and distribute support documentation to facilitate quick resolution of incidents - Assist the Director of IT with administrative tasks related to IT, such as licensing and research

This role involves supporting our financial services call center employees in their daily operations.
