Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree or a 2-year degree coupled with relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, V/XLookup), Power Query, and data validation skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL, including the capability to execute fundamental queries to extract, validate, and interpret operational data for reporting and decision-making.
- Proficiency in utilizing data visualization tools and reporting platforms, specifically in creating and managing dashboards with AWS QuickSight and/or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with financial and operating systems, including the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Above-average organizational skills for time and task management.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare monthly reports regarding company-wide activities, including performance scorecards.
- Assist Sales, Rental, and Product Support Departments with reports related to machine inventory, parts, and service management and analysis.
- Document procedures aligned with modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with corporate departmental teams on various special projects.
- Design and implement new reporting models as requested by executive management.
- Work collaboratively with Information Systems, analyst groups, Accounting, and Corporate Sales Operations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with corporate departments and internal stakeholders.
