Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in selling, demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting cloud security products
- Familiarity with Security Operations Center technologies including SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR is advantageous, with experience in cloud security being a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and support technical offers with Service Providers, Managed Security Service Providers, and/or Global System Integrators
- Preference for candidates with technical documentation experience
- Understanding of cybersecurity trends and familiarity with Palo Alto Networks technologies, along with relevant certifications, is encouraged
- Knowledge of APIs, orchestration tools, and scripting is a plus
- Strong understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems; G-Suite proficiency preferred
- Bachelors degree in a related field or relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., CCSP, CCSK)
- Motivated and collaborative with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and urgency in execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with colleagues and partners
- Willingness to travel at least 25% within the specified region, subject to travel policies
Responsibilities
- Develop partner-led offerings rooted in PANWs advanced security platforms, including service descriptions, customer use cases, technology mapping, support models, delivery processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
- Suggest advisory, implementation, and managed offerings based on partner needs and subject matter expertise
- Assist the Business Development team in evaluating partner technical capabilities before and during offer development
- Provide technical support and enablement for partner personnel through webinars, workshops, and ongoing discussions, along with product training
- Create and refine technical documentation for offer development processes, technical collateral, internal systems, reference architectures, and future enhancements
- Manage environments for labs, demonstrations, partner training, and technology showcases supporting partner offerings
- Enhance and optimize partner offerings throughout their lifecycle, integrating new capabilities for better consumption
- Advocate for internal improvements benefiting partner offers by collaborating with Business Development to align with broader business goals, product innovations, and process optimizations
- Collaborate with internal technical teams as a subject matter expert on partner offers including roles like Domain Consultants, Product Management, and Customer Success
- Address and highlight alignment between products and partner requirements and differentiation
- Design solutions that help partners enhance and simplify their security posture
- Support customers in developing their services around Cortex products
