Requirements
Must:
- Over 2 years of experience with an Object-Oriented programming language (Java/Python)/n- Proficient in cloud-native service development on Google Cloud Platform/n- Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming design principles/n- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture/n- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is advantageous/n- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with thorough analysis/n- Detail-oriented with high standards of conduct/n- Collaborative team member with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to motivate peers/n- High energy level and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment/n- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams/n- Quick learner with a strong desire to explore new technologies/n- M.S. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent military experience
Responsibilities
- Design and develop agent-driven systems using ADK for generative input/output orchestration on both internal and customer-facing platforms/n- Define and execute the A2UI (Agent-to-User Interface) layer for translating agent reasoning into user-friendly visual formats and actionable workflows/n- Develop integrations for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure and scalable sharing of context among models, tools, and enterprise systems/n- Create collaboration frameworks for Agent-to-Agent (A2A) interaction to facilitate multi-agent orchestration and task delegation aligned with our AI initiatives/n- Build and sustain reusable agent capabilities, tools, and connectors to expedite the development of AI-driven workflows/n- Develop visualization layers for generative outputs to support traceability, explainability, and human feedback loops/n- Set up best practices for prompt design, agent memory management, tool application, and context optimization within the agent ecosystem/n- Design evaluation frameworks and telemetry systems to assess agent performance, response quality, and user engagement across AI-powered experiences/n- Implement governance structures for agent safety, observability, and compliance in generative AI systems/n- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape next-generation user experiences powered by autonomous agents and generative interfaces/n- Continuously assess emerging agent frameworks, LLM tools, and generative AI technologies to inform our platform architecture and roadmap
