Requirements
Must:
- Strong automation expertise in Python
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP and application layer protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS/SMTP
- Outstanding problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis abilities
- Solid grasp of Enterprise and SaaS products, capable of engaging in design, code review, and deployment of scalable software systems
- Experience with customer interactions (both proactive and reactive), driving root cause analysis and corrective measures
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and code quality
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins) is highly preferred
- Graduate degree (BS or MS) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent military experience is required
- Over 8 years of experience in QA and automation with a focus on networking, security products or services
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end validation for essential networking and security features to address key customer problems
- Drive quality initiatives through collaboration with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure optimal quality and troubleshoot complex customer issues
- Innovate by recommending and implementing enhancements to the QA process and automation frameworks
- Mentor and train new team members, including participating in recruitment efforts to strengthen the teams capabilities
- Stay informed about advancements in AI technologies (for coding and quality processes) and assess their applicability to enrich systems
