Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting identity & access technologies, such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, CyberArk
- Strong knowledge in SSO, MFA, and user identity management
- Advanced understanding of SAML, OAuth, and SCIM standards and protocols, along with practical implementation knowledge
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business divisions, including IT application, infrastructure, and product development teams
- Proficient technical writing skills for documentation purposes
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent work/military experience
- Familiarity with directory services, preferably Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform/AWS)
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python/Bash/Go
Responsibilities
- Implement and support SSO, MFA, and user access provisioning services
- Develop and uphold IAM policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with IT and product teams for SSO and user registration integration
- Maintain and support API-based microservices for customer and partner registration customization
- Oversee scalability, capacity planning, redundancy, and resiliency
- Ensure service availability and meet performance SLAs based on business and product requirements
- Work with fellow Identity Platform engineers to deploy and sustain services, plan capacity, and produce operational runbooks
- Contribute to future roadmap, design, deployment, validation, operations, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning
- Create proactive service monitoring, alerting, and trend analysis for the services, implementing self-healing solutions
- Participate in on-call support rotation and manage IAM-related incidents as necessary
