Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a platform engineer with a strong focus on ownership and teamwork.
- Exceptional debugging skills, capable of analyzing and resolving issues in complex distributed systems.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and experience managing cloud infrastructure with tools like Terraform or Helm.
- In-depth knowledge of the cloud-native ecosystem, particularly Kubernetes in large-scale environments.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, particularly Python, with knowledge of Go being advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader across the Prisma AIRS organization, influencing software development processes.
- Create and promote a cohesive Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that streamlines production pathways.
- Drive the adoption of GitOps and progressive delivery methodologies to improve deployment quality and speed.
- Establish best practices for Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform, enhancing cloud-native expertise within the organization.
- Design and maintain a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that serves as the backbone for Prisma AIRS.
- Implement automation and self-service tools to minimize engineering workload and improve operational efficiency.
