Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance with a BS or MS degree
- Proficient in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs
- Skilled in testing enterprise routing protocols like BGP, OSPF & EIGRP
- Expertise in networking features such as Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT & DHCP
- Proficient in Linux platform testing on x86 architecture, including components and tools
- In-depth knowledge of control plane and data plane architecture in networking devices
- Experienced in performance characterization of networking products
- Proficient in automation/programming using Python and REST APIs
- Familiar with system/scale testing that simulates large enterprise networks is a plus
- Knowledgeable in virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, qemu/kvm, Microsoft Hyper-V
- Capable of building and maintaining complex networking testbeds
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a small, dynamic team to address significant customer challenges and deliver impactful results
- Participate in all stages of the product and solution validation process
- Coordinate with various development and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal product quality
- Propose and implement enhancements to the quality assurance process
- Collaborate with DevOps and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues
- Lead, mentor, and coach fellow team members
