Requirements
Must:
- 9+ years of experience in creating complex, high-scale, and user-friendly User Interface and Data Visualization solutions.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
- Strong foundation in computer science along with a comprehensive understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery principles.
- Hands-on experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Polymet, and Storybook.
- Familiar with microservices-based deployments, including monitoring/tracing of application logs (e.g., Prometheus).
- Experience ensuring availability and reliability for large-scale cloud products.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop highly intuitive and scalable UI features and infrastructure from start to finish.
- Produce clean, testable, and maintainable code that performs well for thousands of users.
- Work closely with Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, SRE, and Customer Support teams to execute the roadmap and enhance customer outcomes.
- Actively oversee testing of vital components, considering performance, supportability, and maintainability.
- Foster a results-driven culture focusing on execution, quality, and speed.
- Mentor and coach team members, driving innovation in tools and process development.
- Advocate for architectural improvements based on emerging technologies and business needs.
- Clearly communicate complex UI concepts to internal project teams and stakeholders.
