Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in creating and implementing test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Expert-level experience with REST API-driven automation utilizing Python.
- Hands-on familiarity with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Practical experience using AI-based tools for accelerating coding, test generation, debugging, and refactoring.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for researching and applying innovative, AI-driven testing methods to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins) and working with version control systems (Git).
- Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network security is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Active Directories and Cloud Identity providers is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a small, agile team to address significant customer challenges and deliver impactful results.
- Engage in a thorough approach to testing specifications, assisting the team with testing techniques and tools.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the quality assurance methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in development and quality assurance to achieve optimal quality outcomes.
- Partner with DevOps and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Conduct interviews and provide mentorship and guidance to new team members.
