Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Expertise in REST API-driven automation using Python.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages including Python or Go.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with Pytest.
- Practical experience utilizing AI-based tools for enhancing coding, test generation, debugging, and refactoring.
- Demonstrated passion for researching and employing innovative AI-driven testing methodologies.
- Desirable experience with TCP/IP networking and network security.
- Knowledge in three or more areas such as IPSec, BGP, L3 VPNs, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, TCP, UDP, and SSL.
- Understanding of Logging and report generation, with CDL as a bonus.
- Familiarity with different database technologies, including MySQL and ElasticSearch.
- Experience with Linux, ESXi virtualization, or Docker/Kubernetes is advantageous.
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute both automated and manual testing for software features on cutting-edge security platforms.
- Create functional specifications, evaluate task requirements and timelines, and engage in development, debugging, and support activities.
- Innovate testing methodologies by developing tools and automation scripts.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the testing process.
- Log bugs and collaborate with the Development team to resolve identified issues.
- Combine creative skills with a focused testing strategy to ensure top-quality cybersecurity products.
- Participate in comprehensive testing approaches for specifications and assist the team with methods or tools for new testing initiatives.
- Engage with various public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to automate cloud orchestration, visualization, and alert mechanisms.
- Interview, mentor, and coach new team members.
