Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with substantial full-stack development expertise
- Proven experience in creating AI agent-based systems in production, including the orchestration of LLMs, tools, and workflows
- Practical experience with integrating LLMs into production systems, covering prompt design, tool invocation, and evaluation strategies
- Proficient in backend development with languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or Node.js
- Solid experience in frontend development utilizing modern frameworks like React or equivalent
- Familiarity with building and managing distributed systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and data streaming methodologies
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Capability to lead technical projects and sway peers through sound engineering judgment and effective communication
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered systems, encompassing agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration that enhance and streamline marketing and GTM operations
- Oversee the full delivery cycle of intricate MarTech projects, from technical conception through execution and operational readiness
- Create and refine intelligent workflows combining LLMs, rules, tools, and data signals to bolster personalization, lifecycle marketing, and operational automation
- Manage comprehensive full-stack solutions that cover user interfaces, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and AI integration layers
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical blueprints
- Guide architectural and implementation decisions across teams by articulating trade-offs and design rationale effectively
- Foster strong engineering principles that emphasize code quality, testing, observability, and system reliability
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to elevate standards in design quality and ownership
- Identify opportunities to minimize manual effort, streamline integrations, and replace fragile workflows with resilient platform capabilities
- Stay informed on advancements in AI agents, orchestration methodologies, and full-stack technologies, applying these insights judiciously for clear value addition
