Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a related technical field
- Deep understanding of data networking, security architectures, and contemporary cloud computing environments
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that address intricate technical challenges and align with client business objectives
- Strong ability to influence key stakeholders in both customer-facing and internal engagements
- Excellent technical presentation, workshop facilitation, and proof-of-concept execution skills
- Expertise in designing, implementing, or managing various security solutions, such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC Transformation Technologies
- Experience collaborating with Customer Support teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption of security solutions
- Background in handling complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and integrated product solutions is preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned district
- Role model and mentor for junior Systems Engineers
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aiding them in securing their businesses with our solutions
- Provide pre-sales technical support to our commercial sales teams, aligning security offerings with customer needs
- Design solutions that address customer security challenges and showcase the value of our comprehensive cybersecurity platform
- Drive technical success and ensure customer satisfaction within the commercial sector
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategic technical account plans that exceed sales targets
- Position, demonstrate, and design security architectures utilizing our portfolio based on customer business requirements
- Foster customer adoption of our security platform to enhance security, operational efficiency, and business agility
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to ascertain customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements, technical workshops, and product demonstrations to highlight our platforms capabilities
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams for effective solution deployment
- Communicate complex security concepts to a diverse audience, from technical personnel to executive leadership
- Coordinate supporting resources to create a cohesive strategy for customer success
- Promote comprehensive security solutions, including our professional services, to optimize customer security posture
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging security threats
- Invest in personal development to enhance technical expertise and contribute to the Systems Engineer community
- Broaden technical knowledge across SOC, Cloud, Networking, and Security to foster cross-training,
