Channel systems engineer

- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for our network security solutions within the Ingram Micro segment, including conducting product demonstrations and technical deep dives for both the Ingram Micro sales teams and end customers. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate and implement technical strategies that boost revenue and market share through the Ingram Micro channel. Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key Ingram Micro stakeholders such as account managers, solutions architects, and leadership. - Provide thorough pre-sales support, which includes responding to RFIs/RFPs, creating solution architectures, and assisting with bill of materials. Offer technical guidance and support throughout the post-sales implementation process to ensure customer success and satisfaction. - Design and deliver technical training programs for the Ingram Micro sales team to improve their expertise and confidence in our network security products. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive technologies to effectively communicate our value proposition. - Partner with Palo Alto Networks and Ingram Micro Leadership to initiate pipeline-generating activities with Marketing and Channel Business Managers.
