- Create, develop, and manage engaging content for our web presence and social media channels. - Oversee the maintenance, updates, and functionality of company websites, including product listing updates and content edits. - Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with external developers when necessary. - Plan, coordinate, and implement new website features that align with our business objectives. - Monitor website performance, analytics, and ensure SEO optimization is in place. - Guarantee that websites are fully responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. - Design and develop assets, including banners, landing pages, product catalogs, social media graphics, and packaging materials. - Optimize website speed and performance for better user experience. - Evolve and maintain brand identity across all communication channels. - Capture high-resolution product photography both on-site and off-site. - Prepare print-ready files ensuring correct setup for bleed, trim, crop marks, color modes (CMYK), and resolution requirements. - Collaborate with print vendors to ensure the final materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines. - Edit images, videos, and other multimedia content as required. - Create UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and satisfaction. - Maintain thorough documentation and testing for all projects. - Produce graphic art and layouts for various media, including print and digital formats. - Organize files meticulously and adhere to project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. - Stay updated with current design trends and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
