Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

- Prior experience in networking or IT support is beneficial.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience required.
- Experience in diagnosing, resolving, and implementing technical solutions.
- Expertise in high-level remote troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Dependable with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven reliability during Technical Support shifts.
- Excellent skills in de-escalation to minimize dispatches.
- Self-motivated with a consistent record in managing technical issues and projects.
- Highly proficient with Packsize technology, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for professional written and verbal interactions with customers.
- Organized and analytical with creative problem-solving approaches.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound support calls and collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Assess whether issues can be resolved over the phone or require on-site intervention by a field service engineer.
- Develop and maintain a solutions database aligned with call center scripting, serving as a resource for field service engineers.
- Act as a resource for field service engineers in their tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems with minimal information, including mechanical/software issues and operating system bugs.
- Enhance customer experience with Packsize by recognizing their needs and offering solutions.
- Train customers on equipment operation and the implementation of lean principles.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while utilizing the CRM system for scheduling and documenting engineering activities.
- Timely update the online database system to ensure smooth data flow and reporting.
- Construct and maintain call center scripts within the CRM system to support customer growth at Packsize.
- Identify and address issues involving mechanical, electrical, and software challenges with limited information.
