Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Address technical support inquiries and categorize incoming issues
- Examine problems related to Shopify themes, apps, and storefronts, escalating as necessary
- Execute minor Shopify modifications including theme updates, settings changes, content revisions, and basic Liquid adjustments
- Assist with quality assurance for launches, feature introductions, and site updates
- Help with app installations, configurations, and troubleshooting, utilizing tools like Klaviyo, Rebuy, and subscription platforms
- Create clear internal documentation for ease of understanding and reference
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and strategists to maintain project momentum
