Data Scientist with Python and SQL

- Collaborate with the Good Jobs Innovation Lab to develop and manage a bold Research Agenda aligned with PCVs data strengths and stakeholder insights. - Provide mentorship to Lab team members through data science office hours, enhancing confidence in statistical and machine learning techniques. - Design and implement innovative research projects in partnership with the Lab, overseeing the entire process from data collection to results presentation. - Publish research and data narratives that promote understanding and utilization of data within the CDFI and economic mobility sectors. - Assess the existing data culture at PCV, evaluating staff readiness to engage with and implement data management practices. - Establish best practices for data governance, ensuring alignment with industry standards and PCVs operational capabilities. - Develop a comprehensive implementation plan for best practices, including education and regular reviews of data governance. - Lead Data Science initiatives that require advanced machine learning, AI, or statistical skills, managing projects from inception to execution and monitoring. - Write efficient, production-ready Python code, ensuring quality through robust testing and deployment practices. - Undertake additional duties as needed to support overall team objectives.
