Must:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers for positive outcomes.
- Established communication abilities, including the capacity to consult on sensitive issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to collaborate with diverse individuals at all organizational levels and function effectively as a team member.
- Proficiency in presenting alternative solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborative skills to negotiate and influence peers and management regarding policy and strategic matters.

- Deliver reports on performance and support management in developing improvement strategies and recommendations.

- Carry out process analyses that inform and lead to revisions in project contracts and accounting records for capital projects.
