Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in product discovery and problem definition
- Proficient in UX research methodologies, including interviews, usability testing, and concept validation
- Skilled in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and creating low-fidelity prototypes
- Ability to interpret user and operational data into actionable business insights
- Experience in establishing MVP scope and producing discovery artifacts for IT estimations
- Over 5 years of experience in Product Discovery, UX Research, Product Strategy, or Service Design
- Preferred background in large, regulated enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Conduct product discovery initiatives to identify user needs and challenges
- Perform UX research through interviews and usability tests to gather valuable insights
- Create detailed journey maps and service blueprints to visualize user experiences
- Develop low-fidelity prototypes to test concepts and ideas effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into strategic business value
- Define and outline MVP scope to guide the IT estimation process
