Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working with AI-driven tools, chatbots, or automated systems
- Knowledge of large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs)
- Familiarity with prompt optimization and instruction tuning
- Proficient in analyzing system outputs and AI-generated responses
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 5+ years of relevant experience in AI tools, systems, or platforms (preferred)
- Experience supporting AI systems in live production settings (preferred)
- Exposure to voice interfaces or conversational systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (preferred)
- Interest in enhancing internal workflows with AI (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI-powered systems utilizing established templates and protocols
- Tailor AI functions based on business, location, or specific use-case needs
- Evaluate AI systems through simulations and real-world usage scenarios
- Analyze system outputs to pinpoint issues, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement
- Refine prompts and instructions for large language models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with various AI models and platforms to ensure performance and reliability
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) on AI responses and system operations
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues as required
- Support internal teams by enhancing the effective and responsible application of AI tools
- Contribute to the documentation of internal AI usage guidelines and best practices
- Work alongside technical and operational teams
- Keep detailed records of configurations and modifications
