Requirements

Must:
- You must have a technical diploma in a computer-related field, trade certification, or equivalent experience. - Strong work experience with MS SQL is essential, including scripting, writing queries, and creating databases. - Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux, as well as networking technologies and protocols. - You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong time management and problem-solving abilities are required, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - An impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality customer service are vital. - A valid Canadian passport or PR with a US B1/B2 Visa is mandatory, along with a willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

- Assess and prioritize technical situations to deliver effective solutions. - Manage individual cases while documenting troubleshooting steps and customer interactions. - Collaborate with fellow team members to address complex technical challenges and communicate on trending issues. - Engage in testing, installation, and support of software applications. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
