Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Minimum of 18 months experience as a Sr. Database Administrator
- Proficient in data migration from legacy systems and Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a focus on data quality and validation
- Capable of generating ad-hoc metric analyses for performance monitoring within the Sales Team
- Experienced in data extraction from various sources, transforming it into a standardized format, and enhancing it using Dun & Bradstreet databases
- Skilled in loading data into Dynamics CRM to build pipelines and create BI reports
- Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM data accuracy and reliability
- Proficient in managing data analysis requests, delivering insights promptly to support decision-making
- Experienced in creating sales operations Tableau visualization reports, identifying data discrepancies, and providing recommendations to the Analytics Team
- Familiarity with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Advanced Formulas)
- Knowledgeable in KPI development and data visualization techniques
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate to various worksites across the U.S. (Uniondale, NY and Corona, NM locations)

Responsibilities
- Conduct data migrations from enterprise legacy systems and Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Ensure high data quality and validation throughout the migration process
- Generate ad-hoc metric analyses to assist the Sales Team in performance monitoring
- Extract data from multiple sources and transform it for standardization
- Enhance data using Dun & Bradstreet databases and load it into Dynamics CRM
- Build pipelines and develop BI reporting from the CRM data
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to guarantee the accuracy of pipeline and CRM data
- Manage data analysis requests, delivering insights efficiently to inform decision-making
- Develop Tableau visualization reports for sales operations and identify any data discrepancies
- Provide recommendations to the Analytics Team based on data analysis findings
