Business Analyst with Data Analysis Skills

- Lead client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to accurately understand the needs of human services organizations; convert these insights into actionable user stories, process maps, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs. - Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and project managers to create Salesforce solutions using Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and related tools that meet client objectives while addressing existing gaps and paving the way for future growth and scalability. - Design and implement testing strategies, generate comprehensive test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct customized training sessions tailored to client processes and workflows to ensure robust user adoption. - Act as the primary liaison for ongoing business requirements, proactively pinpoint opportunities for optimization and future enhancements, ensuring solutions evolve to meet the changing mission needs post-implementation. - Partner with delivery teams, client leaders, program staff, and internal stakeholders to synchronize priorities, manage scope, and promote continuous improvement within a dynamic consulting context. - Contribute to data strategy initiatives, AI readiness efforts, and the continuous enhancement of our proprietary CAUSE Solutions accelerators designed for human services applications (e.g., case management, shelter operations, workforce placement, compliance reporting).
