Requirements
Must:
- I seek candidates with at least ten (10) years of proven experience in business process engineering, software requirements gathering, and Agile/Lean methodologies.
- You must possess certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or PMP, or an equivalent qualification.
- A Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Candidates must have extensive knowledge of various technologies used for organizing and managing information, as well as organizational process improvement concepts and maturity models.
- Skills in conducting capability and requirements analysis, effectively gathering project requirements through customer interaction, and employing critical thinking to assess organizational patterns and relationships are essential.
- It is crucial to have the ability to perform needs analysis for identifying new business process solutions and to coordinate service provided to customers from start to finish.
- You should be adept at creating business process maps or other workflow visualization tools and must be capable of dissecting problems to understand relationships between seemingly unrelated data.
- The ability to prioritize backlog requirements and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.

- I expect you to deliver technical project specifications for development.
- The position requires you to be on-site at the customer location for 100% of the time.
