Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming and scripting
- At least 3 years of experience with reporting tools
- Strong capabilities in scripting and automation
- Knowledge of compliance and audit frameworks
- Relevant certifications such as CISA or CRISC are advantageous
- In-depth understanding of Azure AD, role-based access control, app role assignments, and credential lifecycle management
- Familiarity with IAM solutions like ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, or SailPoint
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Power Automate
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, AWS Athena, and Splunk
- Knowledgeable about VPN, SAML, and IAM federation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail in creating structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, performance, and security of IAM systems through proactive monitoring and alerting
- Develop and maintain automated workflows utilizing Power Automate and Graph API
- Construct dashboards and corporate reports with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Regularly monitor IAM systems and prepare performance, usage, and security reports
- Set up alerting systems across IAM platforms to identify anomalies and ensure optimal system operation
- Create documentation of IAM monitoring and reporting requirements to maintain audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM processes and reporting capabilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through well-structured documentation and reporting
