Program Delivery Lead - Agile Technical PM

- Collaborate with product management and key stakeholders to deconstruct business challenges into actionable outcomes, features, and prioritized items - Lead and organize delivery for an AI-enabled manufacturing initiative concentrating on the integration of production, quality, and operational data - Convert high-level ideas into features, epics, sequences, and a practical delivery backlog - Facilitate Scrum events as required and maintain delivery and product documentation in Jira and Confluence to ensure visibility, flow, and alignment - Coordinate efforts across manufacturing/PE teams, IT application owners, enterprise platform teams, and vendors to secure synchronized execution - Guide the team through enterprise IT procedures, ensuring correct pathways for infrastructure, security, data platforms, APIs, and governance - Define and oversee delivery phases, including data collection, data publishing and consumption, system integration, and future AI/ML enablement - Work closely with developers and stakeholders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, and plan work based on capacity and risk - Provide transparent delivery and product status, including risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and deliberate scope decisions - Prevent isolated or short-term solutions by aligning product requirements with enterprise standards and platforms - Transform technical and delivery progress into succinct, leadership-ready communications
