Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in the field
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for influencing and persuading stakeholders
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, capable of creating and presenting concepts and recommendations to management
- Knowledge and experience with Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and signal enhancement solutions
- Proven experience in designing and deploying Private Cellular solutions (Private 4G/5G on licensed and/or CBRS spectrums)
- Strong understanding of networking technologies and TCP/IP protocols (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and firewalls
- Solid troubleshooting ability along with experience in performance analysis tools such as Wireshark and iPerf
- Extensive knowledge of wireless technologies, RF, and LTE networks
- Eagerness and capability to learn new technologies
Responsibilities
- Support customer Private Cellular initiatives, including proof-of-concept and production deployments
- Oversee and execute small to large strategic and tactical Private Cellular projects
- Act as the escalation point for project execution issues
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new Cellular/Radio solutions and proof-of-concepts
- Participate in vendor and solution selection processes
- Lead weekly status meetings for ongoing projects
- Conduct and coordinate site surveys, developing plans to achieve complete facility coverage
- Manage resources, monitor execution, and verify the success of new deployments, upgrades, and expansions
- Supervise and assist with site installations, maintenance, upgrades, or software enhancements for the cellular DAS/Private Cellular infrastructure
- Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with vendors for timely resolutions
- Manage and track change requests for all Cellular/Radio systems
- Monitor systems for potential trouble areas and proactively address and document root causes
- Support service tickets as needed during enterprise cellular deployments
- Engage with manufacturer technical support for prompt issue resolution
- Create and maintain operational support guides and other relevant documentation
- Travel to sites as necessary for deployment, testing, and validation activities
