Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Pulse Secure VPN configuration and management.
- Experience in creating and managing Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files for proxy setups.
- Practical experience with Zscaler ZIA deployment and oversight.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Palo Alto firewalls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and security principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot intricate network and security problems.
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach in team settings.
- Certifications such as Infoblox Certified Administrator, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), or relevant Pulse Secure/Zscaler credentials are preferred.
- Experience in enterprise-scale network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of cloud networking and security integration strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee Infoblox solutions for DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
- Configure and sustain Pulse Secure VPN solutions to facilitate secure remote access.
- Administer and refresh Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files to enhance web traffic routing and security.
- Deploy and manage Zscaler ZIA for cloud-based secure web gateway services.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls to uphold network security policies.
- Work alongside security teams to ensure compliance and effective incident response.
- Monitor network performance and resolve issues related to the above technologies.
- Integrate network security tools and streamline processes through automation where feasible.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network setups, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements pertinent to the specified technologies.
Description
We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to join our network operations team in Plano, Texas, where we support a hybrid work environment. Currently, team members are onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the ability to work remotely on other days. Occasional travel may be necessary, estimated at around 5%.
