Aerospace Electrical Systems Engineer

- Bachelors or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering required - At least 7 years of relevant experience in analog, digital, and microprocessor/micro-controller application circuit design, ideally within an aerospace context - Familiarity with digital and analog electronics theory and applications preferred - Knowledge of electronics design environments such as Orcad Schematic capture, FPGA design/development preferred - Experience with AutoCAD is a plus - Familiarity with microprocessor/micro-controller base design and/or COTS product applications preferred - Understanding of analog design with filters, signal conditioning, and A/D and D/A circuits preferred - Experience in digital design with CPLD and FPGA using VERILOG preferred - Knowledge of high voltage power supply applications preferred - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to timely resolution of issues - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, especially in one-on-one and small group settings.
