Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in Windows environments
- Proficient in Active Directory & Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Skill in endpoint support & hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, especially in customer-facing roles
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Eagerness to develop and advance in your career, rather than remaining static
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve escalated desktop, server, and network problems
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and line-of-business applications
- Manage firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
- Conduct on-site support and project tasks at client locations
- Document environments and solutions in a clear manner
- Interact directly with end users, managers, and decision-makers
- Aid in infrastructure enhancements and implementation projects
- Escalate issues when necessary, but retain ownership of your responsibilities
